We do not share your data with third parties except for the purpose of processing payments and completing delivery.

2. Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our food. However, refunds are handled based on the following conditions:

• Restaurant Error: If we are unable to fulfill your order after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to your bank account automatically.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days.

3. Delivery & Cancellation Rules

• Once the delivery agent reaches your location, they will attempt to contact you via phone.
• If the customer is unreachable or does not respond for more than 15 minutes, the order will be canceled.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations caused by a customer’s failure to pick up the phone or receive the order. In these cases, the food will be forfeited to the delivery personnel.
